Character:
At the height of the 1960s Batman television series' popularity, a shonen manga magazine in Japan published no fewer than fifty-three chapters starring The Dark Knight, all written by Jiro Kuwata. These rare Batman stories were long known to only a small audience outside of Japan, until award-winning designer Chip Kidd brought them to the attention of a whole new generation of Batman fans in 2008 with his book Bat-Manga!: The Secret History of Batman in Japan (Pantheon Books).
This Batman figure is based on his appearance in DC Comics' Bat-Manga and is rendered as a highly detailed 7-inch scale action figure inspired by the DC Multiverse. The design features Ultra Articulation with up to 22 moving parts, allowing for a full range of motion and versatile posing options. Accessories include four extra hands, a large Batarang, a bat-camera, a grapple gun, a GoGo magik staff, and a display base. In addition, the figure comes with a collectible art card.
