This Batman vs. Bane 2-Pack was released in 2013 as part of the Batman: Arkham collection, bringing two of the most well-known adversaries from Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham City together in one large window box.
Batman and Bane share a long and violent history. Bane distinguishes himself from many of The Dark Knight's other adversaries by being not only physically extremely strong, but also possessing exceptional strategic insight. Thanks to the use of Venom, he can further augment his already impressive strength.
In Batman: Arkham City, Bane is also located within the walled prison city. Batman can work with him to track down and destroy various Titan containers, although it ultimately turns out that Bane has his own plans for the experimental substance.
This special 2-pack combines Batman with the significantly larger Bane. Batman is approximately 18 centimeters tall, while Bane clearly towers over him at roughly 21 centimeters. Both figures are based on their designs from the video game and feature multiple points of articulation.
The figures were packaged together in a large window box. The set was not released as part of a regular numbered wave, but as a separate Batman vs. Bane 2-Pack.
