This Deadshot action figure was released in 2013 by DC Collectibles as part of Batman: Arkham City Series 4. The figure is directly based on Floyd Lawton as he appears in the hit video game Batman: Arkham City by Rocksteady Studios.
Floyd Lawton, better known as Deadshot, is one of the most dangerous assassins in the DC Universe. He is known for his exceptional precision with firearms and his reputation for almost never missing a target. Behind his professional and calculated demeanor lies a ruthless opponent willing to carry out almost any contract for the right price.
In Batman: Arkham City, Batman discovers that Deadshot has been targeting various political prisoners within Arkham City. During the Deadshot side mission, Batman must investigate his murders, collect clues, and eventually track down the location from which the assassin is operating.
DC Collectibles translated the detailed design of Rocksteady Studios into an action figure officially approximately 6.7 inches tall. Deadshot wears his recognizable armored outfit from the video game, complete with mask, visor, and the signature weaponry that fits his role as a marksman.
Deadshot was part of Batman: Arkham City Series 4, alongside Batman, Nightwing, and Talia al Ghul. This makes him an interesting addition for collectors who want to complete the original Arkham City series.
