This The Penguin & Mr. Sickle 2-Pack was released in 2013 by DC Collectibles as a special expansion to the Batman: Arkham City action figure collection. The set brings Oswald Cobblepot together with one of his most imposing henchmen from Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham City.
Oswald Cobblepot, better known as The Penguin, has a significant portion of the criminal underworld under his control in Arkham City. From his Iceberg Lounge complex, he rules over his territory and collects weapons, valuables, and even captured opponents.
Mr. Sickle is one of the Abramovici Twins. The enormous twin brothers eventually ended up on opposite sides after arriving in Gotham. Mr. Sickle joined The Penguin, while his brother Mr. Hammer went to work for The Joker and Harley Quinn.
DC Collectibles fittingly released both brothers in separate 2-packs. This set combines The Penguin with Mr. Sickle, while the other version includes Harley Quinn and Mr. Hammer.
The Penguin comes with his signature accessories, including his top hat, walking stick, and cigar. Mr. Sickle features his large sickle. Due to Mr. Sickle's substantial size, the set makes for a striking addition to the regular Arkham City figures.
