This Hush action figure from Batman: Arkham City Series 2 was released in 2012 by DC Direct and is based on Thomas Elliot's appearance in Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham City. The figure is part of the second Arkham City series, alongside Batman (Detective Mode), Catwoman, The Riddler, and Jervis Tetch: The Mad Hatter.
Hush, whose real name is Thomas Elliot, is a childhood friend of Bruce Wayne who eventually becomes one of his most personal adversaries. Thomas is a brilliant surgeon but harbors a deep hatred for Bruce. His medical knowledge and obsession with Bruce Wayne play a significant role in his story within the Arkham universe.
In Batman: Arkham City, Batman investigates a series of gruesome murders in which the victims are missing sections of their facial skin. The investigation forms the "Identity Theft" side mission and ultimately leads to Thomas Elliot. Batman discovers that Elliot has used the stolen skin as part of an extensive surgical transformation with a particularly disturbing goal: to give himself Bruce Wayne's face.
DC Direct has translated his striking appearance from the game into a detailed action figure of approximately 6.8 inches, or about 17.3 centimeters. His long coat, bandaged face, and dark clothing closely match the character design from Arkham City. Hush was also equipped with two handguns, fitting his appearance in the game.
This is the original Series 2 release from 2012 by DC Direct. Thanks to his unique design and personal connection to Bruce Wayne, Hush is a standout character within the Batman: Arkham City collection.
