Hasbro's G.I. Joe Classified Series Destro & Iron Grenadier Despoiler combines a poseable Destro action figure with his signature vehicle. This set is numbered #203 in the Classified Series and translates the classic design into the modern 6-inch figure scale. Destro appears here as the commander of the Iron Grenadiers, with equipment that fits his role as an independent military leader.

Within the G.I. Joe universe, Destro heads M.A.R.S. Industries, a manufacturer of advanced weapons. His cooperation with Cobra is marked by his own interests and ambitions. With the Iron Grenadiers, he has his own military force, allowing him to operate independently of Cobra Commander. In this set, the Despoiler serves as the vehicle with which he leads his troops into battle.

The Destro figure is executed in the approximately 15 cm (6-inch) Classified scale and features multiple points of articulation for various poses. A fabric cape and six accessories offer possibilities to customize his display. These include an alternate head, shield, saber with sheath, the McCullen family sword, and a weapon accessory. The Despoiler comes with fourteen parts to be assembled, including ten missile accessories. Together, the vehicle and figure form a display that matches other figures in the same line.

For collectors looking to flesh out the Iron Grenadiers within their G.I. Joe collection, this release brings their commander and vehicle together in one set. The combination of personal weaponry, fabric clothing detail, and vehicle offers various presentation options. The window box packaging with character illustrations and the recognizable serial number also makes the set suitable for a collection in which the figures are kept in their original packaging.
