Character:
The Mezco Toyz One:12 Collective Wolverine – Deluxe Steel Box Edition is an articulated collectible figure measuring approximately 16 cm at 1:12 scale. This edition, released in 2022, combines Wolverine's iconic yellow and blue X-Men costume with an extensive selection of interchangeable parts. The figure comes in a metal collector box specifically designed for this Deluxe Steel Box Edition.
Wolverine, also known as Logan, is a mutant from the Marvel comics and a well-known member of the X-Men. His healing ability and retractable claws define a major part of his appearance. This comic-based Mezco edition offers various ways to display the character, including portraits with and without a mask and hands with metal claws or bone claws.
The figure has over thirty points of articulation and wears a costume with fabric parts, shoulder armor and tall boots. Eight head portraits and twelve interchangeable hands allow for a variety of poses and facial expressions. The accessories include five claw effects, a pulled-down mask, two belts and an interchangeable buckle. In addition to a separate One:12 Collective display base with an adjustable stand, the set includes a defeated Sentinel with lighting. The removable eye of this robot can be placed in Wolverine's hand.
The combination of the figure, the Sentinel and the metal packaging distinguishes this release from other Wolverine editions. The various head portraits, hands and effects allow the presentation to be customized without using additional parts. This item is opened, undamaged and complete, including the original protective films. For collectors who value both the display options and the completeness of the original set, the accompanying packaging components are also preserved.
